Puntit Casino Login: What to Check Before You Sign In

This page is an independent guide. It is not the Puntit casino and it has no login form.

Is this the Puntit Casino login page?

No. This site is not run by Puntit and you cannot sign in here. We do not ask for usernames, passwords, card details or ID documents. If a page that looks like a casino login asks for those details, check the address bar before you type anything.

Where to sign in to Puntit

The operator’s own website is puntit.com, and its pages for Ireland are at puntit.com/en-ie. Type the address into your browser yourself rather than following a link. Puntit says the account number shown at the top of My Account is also your username, and one account covers the casino, live casino and sportsbook.

There is also an iOS app, Puntit: Sport Betting & Casino, from the developer Play Well Media Ltd. For anything about signing in that is not covered here, use the operator’s own site and its support team.

What we know about Puntit

  • Operator and licence: Puntit is run by White Star B.V. (Curaçao, company number 153150), which states online gaming licence no. OGL/2023/159/0076 issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, now called the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA). The CGA licence register lists that licence for White Star B.V. with the status ‘Indefinite’.
  • Support: the operator advertises 24/7 support by live chat and email, plus a Contact Us page, a messaging service and an English Help Centre at help.puntit.com.
  • Safer gambling tools: the operator says it offers tools such as deposit limits, and self-exclusion is available. An account closed under self-exclusion cannot be reopened on request.

Trouble signing in to Puntit

  1. Check the address first. Start from puntit.com typed by hand, not from a link.
  2. Reset your password with the Forgotten Password link. Repeated wrong log-ins can suspend the account temporarily, so reset the password instead of guessing.
  3. Lost access to your email? Use the Contact Us page or the messaging service. Puntit says an agent will contact you within 24-48 hours to update the address.
  4. No access to your two-factor codes? Removing two-factor authentication without access needs a selfie with your ID and a handwritten note sent through the messaging service.
  5. Check your email for a document request. The operator can ask for documents at any time and allows up to 24 hours to check them and reopen the account; further checks can take up to 72 hours.
  6. Been away for over a year? After 396 days in a row with no deposit, withdrawal, sports bet or casino wager, the account becomes dormant (logging in alone does not count); reactivation is requested by email.
  7. Do not open a second account. Puntit allows one account per person, and bonuses and winnings on a closed duplicate account are void.
  8. Contact support by live chat or email if the problem continues. Quoting your account number speeds up the request.

Keep your account safe

  1. Type the address yourself. Casino names are copied onto look-alike domains, and fake login pages are used to steal passwords and card details. Do not sign in through links in ads, messages or social media posts.
  2. Use a unique password. Do not reuse the password from your email or bank.
  3. Switch on two-factor authentication. Puntit offers it as an option under My Account > Settings.
  4. Check Active sessions. The view lists the devices and locations where your account is logged in, and you can close any you do not recognise.
  5. Never share codes or documents outside the casino site. Do not give your password or a login code to anyone who contacts you.
  6. Sign out on shared devices.
